Introduction

    Resource plays a vital role in the learning-teaching process. Learning teaching resources (LTR) is a combination of the terms "learning resources" and "teaching resources." It refers to a diverse range of materials, tools, and strategies that educators use to facilitate and enhance the process of acquiring knowledge, skills, and understanding. As per the new education policy (2020), Learning teaching resources play a crucial role in fostering holistic development in learners. Holistic development refers to the growth of an individual across various dimensions, including cognitive, emotional, social, physical, and ethical aspects. They can take various forms, both digital and physical individually or in hybrid mode. Physical learning emphasizes hands-on experiences, direct interactions, and in-person engagement between educators, learners, and the environment. Digital learning enhances the multi-dimensional education process. LTR department highlights the dual focus on both the teaching process and the learning outcomes.
